Module 9

Module 9 contains an overview of title to real estate, including the difference between actual notice and constructive notice, the difference between voluntary alienation and involuntary alienation, methods of acquiring title to real property, information on deeds, the difference between an abstract of title and a chain of title, acquiring real property by adverse possession, the various types of liens, the foreclosure process, and restrictions on ownership.
